Refurbished CORREA A25/25 milling machine with tool changer, now available following a complete retrofit
NC Service has now completed the full retrofitting of the second-hand CORREA A25/25 bed type milling machine with the installation of a new control unit and a new milling head. This machine is now ready for immediate delivery, and under warranty.
CNC milling machine CORREA A25/25 refurbished with new HEIDENHAIN TNC320
This CORREA A25/25 retrofitted milling machine features a travel of 3,000 mm on the X axis, 1,200 mm on the Y axis and 1,500 mm on the Z axis. Its original numerical control has been changed for a new HEIDENHAIN TNC320, versatile and compact CNC for 4 axes machining processes or optionally 5. Featuring functions such as tilting machining plane (PLANE function) or the programming of contours on cylindrical surfaces, with flexible operation and high performance.
Besides, its manual head has been replaced by a new CORREA 2.5º UDG auto-indexing head. This head features high pressure coolant through the spindle, with the installation of a new coolant tank. Thanks to its 30-pocket automatic tool changer (ATC30), there are considerable time savings in the automatic cutting tool changeover.
The refurbishment process of this numerical control milling machine has recently been completed following the machining tests and the geometry protocols, including the laser and Ballbar tests, which certify the high quality of its performance for potentially interested customers.
