Sanding, priming and painting process during the refurbishment of a used milling machine
At Nicolás Correa Service, one of the first steps when starting the process of retrofitting a second-hand milling machine, is the sanding, priming and painting process. This is carried out after disassembling all the structural elements of a milling machine’s three axes (X/Y/Z).

Firstly, after disassembling the elements, all the parts are cleaned and inspected in detail in order to repair or replace them in the event of any damage.
They are also sanded and a primer coat is given in order to allow the new paint not hollow out or peel over time.
This phase gives the used milling machine a completely renewed appearance which, together with the exhaustive mechanical refurbishment, gives as a final result a milling machine for sale in excellent conditions, reliable and with unbeatable machining precision.
